Williammoore.se is founded, owned and operated by the Swedish company Moore Ventures AB, Org. No. 559290-8353, hereafter referred to as "Moore."

These general terms and conditions (Terms) apply to purchases and usage of the website www.williammoore.se for deliveries within Sweden. Moore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting changes online without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check online information for timely updates. Continuing to use www.williammoore.se after the publication of changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms. You can reach out to Moore via phone or email.

To shop on www.williammoore.se, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Prices shown are including Swedish VAT (moms). Select the desired products and add them to the "shopping cart." You can adjust the cart contents until placing the order, monitoring product details and costs. Confirming the purchase by submitting your order implies your approval of our Terms and constitutes a binding order. Upon receiving your order, we'll send an order confirmation via email.

Moore retains the right to alter or rectify prices for placed orders. If this results in a higher price than at the time of your order, you have the right to cancel it. In cases where a specified product price is evidently incorrect, Moore may annul the purchase and issue a refund.

Typical delivery time within Sweden is approximately 1-3 business days, among other things depending on where you live, though during peak seasons, it may take longer. We dispatch orders using DHL. We do not assume financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. If you notice any damage to the package, report it immediately to the post office or carrier and file a damage report. Do not accept a damaged package. If you discover damage after opening the package that can be attributed to the postal or shipping company's handling, contact them to file a damage report. If any dispute with the postal service or carrier cannot be resolved, reach out to us. If you've ordered but fail to collect your package before it is returned to us, usually within 5-7 days of package arrival, a fee of 375 SEK will be charged for our handling efforts.

Shipping costs for an order are billed based on the actual weight and automatically calculated on the website, with the cost displayed in the checkout. Pricing follows the chosen carrier's postage table for letters and packages. For orders within Sweden from 899 SEK, we cover the standard shipping cost. During April/May 2025 Free Shipping for orders within Sweden is applied.

Collaborating with DHL and similar shipping partners, deliveries are contingent on the availability of goods in Moore's warehouses. If a product is unavailable, Moore will promptly contact you and reimburse any payments already made. You can cancel an order and return goods within 30 days of receipt by contacting customer service at support@williammoore.se. For a full refund, returned goods must be in the same condition as received. Transportation costs and risks for returned goods lie with you.

Once your order is placed and you've received the confirmation, changes cannot be accommodated. When utilizing a discount code, it is applied during checkout. To redeem a discount code, add items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the code in the designated field. If a product's delivery faces significant delays and you no longer wish to proceed, you need to cancel the order. If the shipment is dispatched, acceptance of the package is mandatory. A cancellation is confirmed through email by Moore. If a product is no longer available for sale, Moore reserves the right to cancel the purchase, offering a refund and informing you of potential alternatives. For Moore product purchases made via a retailer, please direct queries about exchanges and potential complaints to the respective retailer/store. All visual content that is presented on the website is solely illustrative - depictions do not guarantee the exact quantity, appearance or features of the received product. Moore does not assume responsibility for information presented on the website that is sourced from any third parties. Purchasing Moore products for reselling/with the intent of reselling is strictly prohibited without valid signed agreement from Moore.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We apply a 30-day return window starting from the day you received your order. For a complete refund, make sure to maintain the garment/products clean and ensure the item/s remain unused, only tried on, with intact labels still attached and with original packaging. The return shipping fee is covered by you and is deducted from your initial payment.

How to make a return:

1. Place the desired product/s in the original bag/box. Make sure that the package is well sealed (for example with extra duct-tape) and that any provided packing slip/s is also included inside the package.

2. Apply the new return label over the old one (do not let the old label be visible). 

3. Drop off the return at your previously selected shipping agent.

 

If purchase is made via Klarna, report your return in the Klarna app for Klarna payment adjustments, usually processed within 20 days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used in the initial purchase.

If you want an exchange for a different size you just follow the same steps above as well as placing a written note inside the package saying that you want to exchange size - and then you initiate a complete new order at williammoore.se.

The right of return does not apply; to gift cards wholly or partially consumed or; if the product is unsuitable for return due to health reasons (for example hygiene-seals or labels have been removed). Note that if the garment is not returned in fully sellable condition, an additional charge for lost value will be applied. Read more about consumer rights here.

We adhere to "The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts" and other relevant stipulations in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency.

 

Payment Options

Kustom/Klarna - after identification and risk assessment, Klarna presents the payment options available to you. Regardless of the payment method you choose, Klarna handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly through the store. Any product- or service-specific inquiries should be directed to the store. Minimum Order

The minimum order is 300 SEK including VAT.

 

Disputes

Any disputes are primarily resolved through discussions with our customer service. We adhere to the recommendations of the “National Board for Consumer Disputes” (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) and also refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

Disclaimer & Intellectual Property Rights

Moore disclaims any liability for potential image and typographical errors on the website, including pricing discrepancies, misleading information about product availability, inaccuracies in product descriptions or technical specifications.
